Solcore, the QPV group's solar cell modelling tool, a complete semiconductor solver able of modelling the optical and electrical properties of a wide range of solar cells, from quantum well devices to multi-junction solar cells, is now freely available for anyone to use or modify.

Following the publication of Diego's Solcore paper in the Journal of Computational Electronics, Solcore is now available as a Python3 package hosted on PyPi, and now also has its own website! For anyone interested in using and developing Solcore, there will be a Solcore Development Bootcamp held at Imperial College London in September 2018.
